Harrison’s Harbor Watch

The food was pretty good and the waitress was nice. It was a good experience until it came time to pay. I paid with my card and when I got the checkbook back my card was missing. I called the waitress back over and informed her. She then started to look around on the floor and in the back for about 5 minutes before coming back to the table to tell us she can’t find it and she was sorry. I then told her we were leaving Ocean City tomorrow morning so she asked for a name and address to mail it back if she finds it. She had not informed any other staff member about the situation and I did not feel satisfied with just leaving without my card (the only form of payment I had). I had went up to the assistant manager and told her the situation which she seemed irritated by and had said this is not the first time this waitress had this happen. At this point all staff were looking, everyone in my party was looking, and other customers were looking (they were not asked). We had asked if they could check the camera footage to see if maybe it fell out the book or anything and they told me that only the manager had access to that and they would be in at 9am the next morning. They then told us there was nothing they could do and we were all basically just standing around. We were not offered a real solution, a comp on our bill which was over $130 for two people, not even a free dessert. The next morning at 10am I called, which was not answered so I left a voicemail stating what happened. I didn’t receive a call back so I called two days later and left another voicemail. They then called me back the day after to tell me they still couldn’t find it. I was very disappointed how they handled the situation because it was my boyfriends 21 birthday and it was his card that he just deposited all his money into before our trip.

This restaurant is situated at the end of the boardwalk and the sea inlet. Can walk from your boardwalk hotel or park in plenty of parking available at the inlet. Our table was overlooking the inlet, and it was fabulous, even on a cloudy day. The sides are unlimited with some of the entrees. Reasonable prices, for menu items offered. Very family friendly.

We are vacationing here from Ohio and had a party of 10. We decided to come in and asked if they could get us in quickly and they had no issue getting us seated within minutes! Our server was friendly and happy to help with any questions. For a party of 10 our food came out super fast and hot. Everything we had was amazing from burger to crab cakes we all enjoyed it and had not 1 complaint! We will definitely be visiting again when we come back! Thank you!

Incredible food, pricing is lower than what it could be for the foods value. Very good service and great view of the bay
