Sat for twenty minutes so I asked the server if we could order and she said she “needed to check in other tables”. We ended up leaving. Update – Was given service by Brooke – best bar tender in Tampa Bay. SHE SAVED THE NIGHT!!

Tonight my husband and I had dinner here. The welcoming from the Hostess was great. Seating area was amazing waterfront. We both had sushi and an Entree. My husband loved his fish and chips. However I had the Shrimp, scallops and mussels pasta, I asked our waiter what’s in the pasta as far as the sauce and he said a cream based sauce. However he failed to mention there was tomatoes in the sauce which I’m allergic when I alerted him of this his response was oh sorry are you serious?! Then came back and said I hope the baby doesn’t come out with an allergy to tomatoes. This really ruined my experience here being it was our first time. To top it off Valet brought me the wrong car.

Hula Bay Club is an absolute gem tucked away off W Tyson Ave, right on the water. The atmosphere is tropical, vibrant, and laid-back — perfect for that true Florida vibe. Inside, the A/C is strong and refreshing with fun, colorful decor, but honestly, why sit indoors when you can relax on the deck with a stunning view of the bay! We started with the lobster fries (highly recommend!) and then I had the salmon BLT — absolutely delicious. The food not only tasted great but was beautifully plated too. There’s a wide variety of food and drink options, so there’s something for everyone. To top it all off, the customer service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!
