Nice place to grab lunch. Crab dip was outstanding. The shrimp and grits was good but not as great as a lot of other reviews led me to believe. Great views of the harbor.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal Dinner with a View at Rusty Scupper! Our group of five had an incredible dining experience at Rusty Scupper in Baltimore. From start to finish, everything was exceptional—food, service, and the stunning harbor views. We kicked things off with appetizers: the grilled octopus, crispy calamari, and the creamy crab dip. Each dish was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. For our entrées, we ordered the salmon, chicken, shrimp & grits, and the tuna carpaccio—which was served as a full meal and absolutely delicious. Every single plate was a hit at our table. Even though we were full, we couldn’t resist dessert. The crème brûlée was smooth with a perfectly crisp top, and the warm butter cake was rich, comforting, and the perfect sweet ending to our night. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was friendly and attentive, and the entire experience left a lasting impression. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

There was a blackened scallops special dish on the day I visited. That is really good which went well along with crab meet. Inside atmosphere is good with a good view of the baltimore downtown. Overall I was satisfied but he food and ambience.

Rusty Scupper offers a true fine dining experience with spectacular service—our servers waited on us hand and foot. The two-level setup and marina views made for a beautiful setting. We started with shrimp cocktail and calamari—both were fresh and flavorful. I had the rockfish with mashed potatoes and veggies, and it was cooked perfectly. Our table tried several entrées, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend for great food, great views, and top-notch service!

We had been to the restaurant several years ago and had a superb experience (food, service, atmosphere) and we decided to bring guests visiting town there but TODAY did NOT meet expectations at all. Crab dip as the appetizer was excellent and the only thing worth about today’s visit. But entrees for what we paid for were pretty basic in terms of taste and presentation. The waiter was also not to the service standard we were paying for. We continuously needed to get his attention to ask him for things. I find it hard to justify coming back.

I had the pleasure of meeting and being serviced my MARK N. He was the most PLEASANT waiter. His meal suggestions were spot on. The level of customer service and professionalism was A1. Thanks to Mark and the entire team for a wonderful experience.
