Ignacio is a really good man. As a server he is attentive and responsive. Beyond the pale for work ethic. I am a Marriott guy and don’t come to IHG much, but this is my spot in Chicago from now on. Side note: the rooms are quiet as well.

Tom and Robert took great care of us during our family reunion. They were flexible when our family basically took over the restaurant and were courteous and attentive to everyone. The food was also excellent across the board. We ate a couple nights in a row and had fantastic service and food.

Expensive drinks, but standard fare for a hotel bar. Spinach and artichoke dip was great. Ignacio was a great bartender, and the view is so lovely.
